I know you have closed the matter, but naturally if it were me, hish... dah marah and boycott dah. This is what we call service and customer kan.

malas nak pjg2 kan cerita; only Allah knows the truth, what actually took place...still terbyg-byg my dad's face kelaparan & my mom's words yg hampa tak dpt jamu my bro & his family there.
tipulah kalau kata tak serik...esp after reading the daughter's blog...now, its the customers who shd understand their situation...its too high the price we, the customers have to pay...
Staff kat Sakura Kristal greeted us dgn ramahnya walaupun all of us dah takde mood to even smile...service cepat & i like the sotong kam heong. I'll definitely patron that rest if i happen to be around that area, not so much of the food they serve but they made us feel so welcomed...
wow... mcm drama swasta... I feel for you. kalau aku pun geram gak. But life goes on.. perut lapar kena isi jugak. Yes... forgive and forget is the best thing.. And jangan serik jalan2 cari makan lagi..:)
