My parents and my brother came to Sg Buloh on Sat (26/12/2009). As usual, they put up a night at Aja's place coz my parents kata our hse sentiasa bertutup; stuffy.

At night, my BIL wanted to belanja us kat restoran De Chiengmai. Me & Shahrul have been there several times dulu. Sejak pindah to the new premise, rasa macam dah mahal lah mkn kat situ. So, I suggested we went somewhere else (sebnrnya me dah boring mkn tomyam & Shahrul x suka tomyam).

We decided to dine here :

My BIL made reservation nak satu bilik for 10 adults and 10 kids. Tpt ni quite a distance from our place tp nak gi jugak coz dah boring mkn area Shah Alam & Sg Buloh. The 1st time Aja went there tak ramai org & the last time we went there pun sama gak.

When we reached there, ada 1 family besar pak2 arab pun baru sampai. Diaorg masuk 1 bilik ni. The waitress kata bilik tu supposed for us. So, we waited outside while the waitress trying to talk to them...they refused to go out. Yg paling sakit hati, their children who were playing outside cepat2 they asked to masuk dlm bilik tu.

I asked the waiter, kenapa dia allow those people masuk when we already made reservation for that room? Dia kata when she asked them dia org ke yg buat reservation for 10 adults, 10 kids & they said yes...Punyelah geramnya coz clearly they lied & clearly she could see there were more than 10 adults in there...

I went inside; & said

"I'm sorry sir but we have made reservation for this room"...

Masih boleh bersabar lg tp one of them kata diaorg pun dah buat reservation. I told them we made reservation specifically for that room & they definitely tau they didnt do that...

Setelah berbalas-balas kata between me, my sist & my BILs & their side, the boss came to us...asked us to move aside, so that he could talk to them...We were told one of the guests kat dlm tu kwn one of the directors', so we didnt expect the so called boss could do much. But he assured us, dia akan suruh yg kat dlm tu keluar....

We waited...mmg dah rasa ada harapan. I ambik menu & start taking orders. Then we saw the so called boss asked 3 guests yg dah comfortably sat kat tpt yg kira ok jugak to move...rupanya mamat2 kat dlm tu kata its either that room / room yg lain. They refused to eat outside...So, guests 3 org ni pun bangun nak accomodate pak2 arab tu....

Boleh byg tak after guests 3org tu bangun; slightly confused over the whole saga, pak2 arab tu refused to vacate the room; kononnya their children dah comfortable kat situ...and me & family still menunggu...pd hal we saw the children were busy playing outside tp the fathers cepat2 suruh the children masuk...

The so called boss mmg tau the room rightfully mmg for us tp maybe :

1) as he said, one of the customers kat dlm tu kwn big boss
2) diaorg lg ramai, lg pulak pak2 arab, so order sure lagi byk, more money for the restoran lah
3) they came in beemer, merc, crv...its either byk duit/ byk hutang/both...

My BILs wanted to go to that room & bg sikit kat pak2 arab tu but the so called Boss begged us not to do that...From there, we knew dia nak jaga hati pak2 arab tu...

No point arguing, after all perut dah lapar & my nephew dah tertidur dlm dokongan ibunya. Kita org blah. My BIL mmg tak puas hati & called them after that. He only managed to bagi ceramah kat the wife coz the so called Boss tak berani nak ckp kot or maybe bz entertaining the poket besar customers...

Atleast what the so called Boss could do, maybe compensate us like 10% discount ke, sedap sikit hati kalau kena dok luar pun. 10% bukan byk pun, we would definitely spend about RM300 to RM400 there; so dlm RM30-RM40 je...Tp tak buat pun mcm tu...he rather tengok kita pulang kehampaan...

So, that would be our last visit there. Tak berbaloi gi jauh2 & end up tak dpt mkn just because the so called boss pikir people who drive big cars & wear nice clothes got more money than us & deserve special treatment even at the expense of others...
